MEET YOUR FACILITATOR

Sophie Riegel  is a mental health advocate and author of “Don’t Tell Me To Relax — One Teen’s Journey To Survive Anxiety (and how you can too).” She is the president of the board of directors of the organization Here.Now., a teen driven mental health advocacy platform.
 
Sophie will be attending Duke University in the fall and plans to continue speaking and writing about her various mental illnesses including OCD, panic disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, and trichotillomania.
